Paul Kelly has been in the farm and residential real estate business in North Central Iowa since 1960, when Kelly Real Estate was established in Britt.

Paul is a 1957 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. Degree in Agriculture Studies.

He was the 1990-1991 State President of the Iowa Farm and Land Brokers, the 1987 Iowa Farm and Land Broker of the Year, and has been on several committees for the Farm and Land Brokers.

Mr. Kelly is licensed in Iowa and Minnesota to take care of your real estate needs.

From one Generation to the Next...

The husband and wife team of Steve and DeAnna Kelly joined Kelly Real Estate, Steve in May of 2001 and DeAnna in February of 2002. They both work with residential and agricultural real estate.

Steve is a 1995 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. Degree in Agriculture Studies. He also works at Waldorf College as the Assistant Director of the AACE Department and as the school's head wrestling coach.

DeAnna is a 2002 graduate of Waldorf College with a B.A. in Business and has management experience, formerly working with Hy-Vee.

She is involved in the community by serving on the Board of Trustees at the Hancock Memorial Hospital and helping the Britt Wrestling Club.

The couple resides in rural Britt and have two children Cole and Kennedy.
